"For the past 11 years our company has owned a large commercial building at 204 Quay Street - known as the Viaduct Quay Building. McConnell Developments Ltd occupies this building housing the well-known bar/restaurants - Degree, Danny Doolans, Loaded Hog and Kermedecs, plus the top floor offices.

This is a strategic building and one that we are proud of, and therefore we demand a high standard of care and maintenance from all contractors.

Jet Cleaning had been the main cleaning company up until 2006. At this time I thought a review of cleaning companies might reveal a better operator. So I went to the market and invited response from a variety of cleaning companies both minor and major corporations.
I decided on a major international cleaning company who we'll call ABC Company - as they indicated clearly their intention to provide a better service and as they were a major company I felt that they would have better resources if I needed it.

Unfortunately this was a total disaster and after just three months ABC Company was sacked. Their performance was extremely poor and their corporate team was unreliable and they did not live up to their written performance standards at all.

During this time I had some contact with Mike Booth regarding various cleaning issues, which were affecting our building. His input was always polite and positive and certainly not vindictive in anyway. And because of his professional attitude and the complete let down by ABC Company - I decided to give Jet Cleaning the contract back again.

Since we got Jet Cleaning back I have noticed a continual desire by Mike to improve their staff training and cleaning standards. The quality of back up service is exceptional and even is we experience problems outside normal hours Jet Cleaning have both initiated their own response and fixed the problem, or they advise me and we decide on an appropriate action.

Their one stop service for cleaning, consumables, washroom service, shampooing of carpets, rubbish removal, flooding and call outs on Public Holidays - is the best we have experienced.
With a building like ours where there are high people counts outside normal hours we can always rely on Jet Cleaning providing us with a quick response to emergency call outs and going the extra mile.
